Our client, a leading M&A Advisory firm is looking for strong additions to their team on VP level

Responsibilities

Execute and manage M&A transactions from pitch through closing

Lead financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence workstreams

Coordinate deal teams, advisors, and client stakeholders

Support senior bankers in origination, pitching, and client coverage

Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in investment banking with a focus on M&A

Strong technical skills in financial modeling and valuation

Experience leading analysts and associates on live deals

Bachelor\’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)
