Our client, a leading M&A Advisory firm is looking for strong additions to their team on VP level

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage M&A transactions from pitch through closing
• Lead financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence workstreams
• Coordinate deal teams, advisors, and client stakeholders
• Support senior bankers in origination, pitching, and client coverage

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in investment banking with a focus on M&A
• Strong technical skills in financial modeling and valuation
• Experience leading analysts and associates on live deals
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)
