We're working with a growing independent corporate finance advisory in London that is looking to add a mid-senior M&A professional to its team.

The role offers significant responsibility from day one, exposure to live transactions, and the chance to contribute meaningfully to client relationships and execution.
Key responsibilities include
- Supporting the execution of buy‑side, sell‑side and capital raising mandates.
- Preparing financial analyses, valuation models and marketing materials.
- Conducting industry and company research.
- Assisting with due diligence processes and coordinating with clients and external advisers.
- Working closely with senior team members throughout live transactions.
Requirements
- Previous M&A advisory experience.
- Exposure to sectors such as Technology, Cybersecurity & GRC, Fin Tech, Data Analytics.
- Fluency in English.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
