PeakSeek in London is seeking a senior M&A professional to join a lean, entrepreneurial corporate finance advisory. You will be involved across the full deal lifecycle, with significant responsibility from day one and exposure to live transactions.
You will support execution and origination of buy-side, sell-side and capital raising mandates, prepare financial analyses and marketing materials, and coordinate with clients and advisers alongside the senior team.
