We are partnering with a leading independent corporate finance advisory firm that is looking to hire a Vice President to join its growing Energy Transition team in London.
The team advises clients across M&A, capital raising and strategic transactions, with a particular focus on renewable energy, energy transition and sustainable infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Lead the execution of M&A and capital raising transactions.
Manage financial analysis, valuation and transaction documentation.
Oversee Associates and Analysts throughout live deal execution.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors and other market participants.
Support business development initiatives and contribute to winning new mandates.
Work closely with senior leadership across a range of domestic and cross-border transactions.
Requirements
6–10+ years of relevant investment banking or corporate finance experience.
Strong transaction execution experience in renewable energy, energy transition, power & utilities, energy infrastructure, sustainable infrastructure or similar.
Experience leading workstreams and mentoring junior team members.
Excellent financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.
Strong communication and client management abilities.
