Our client, a leading international investment bank, is looking to expand its Fund Placement team in London and is currently seeking an Analyst to join the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of live fund placement and capital raising mandates for private equity and alternative asset managers.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials including pitchbooks, private placement memoranda, and investor presentations.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, fund performance analysis, and market research.
- Manage investor tracking, due diligence processes, and coordination of data rooms.
- Assist with client and investor communications throughout the fundraising lifecycle.
Requirements
- 1–2 years' relevant experience in investment banking, placement agency, private capital advisory, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of private equity and alternative asset fundraising.
- Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Highly proficient in MS Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong academic background in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Fluent English required.
