Salary: £29,918.94 per annum FTC 9-Months

We're looking for an organised and customer-focused Work Planner to join our Property Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring our repairs service runs efficiently by planning and coordinating appointments, maximising the use of our operatives and contractors, and helping us deliver an outstanding service to our customers.

What you'll be doing:

  • As a Work Planner, you'll be responsible for scheduling and monitoring repairs appointments and emergency works, ensuring the most effective use of available resources while helping us meet our service standards and performance targets.
  • Plan and schedule repairs appointments using our scheduling and housing management systems.
  • Monitor diaries and allocate work to maximise operative productivity and minimise travel time.
  • Respond to telephone calls, emails and system updates.
