We’re a housing provider in Macclesfield with over 5,000 properties across East Cheshire and the surrounding areas. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Section 20 Officer to join our team and play a key role in managing and administering the Section 20 consultation process for leasehold major works and qualifying long-term agreements.

The key responsibilities of the role will be to oversee the Section 20 consultation process, ensuring all statutory requirements and legal timescales are met. You will prepare and issue consultation notices, updates and correspondence to leaseholders, providing clear and accurate information about proposed works, costs, timescales and potential charges.
