Working closely with the Health & Safety Manager, you will play a key role in delivering Health & Safety compliance across the organisation, providing practical advice and guidance to managers, undertaking audits and inspections, supporting contractor assurance activities, investigating incidents, and helping to drive a positive safety culture.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a progressive organisation, whilst making a meaningful contribution to both operational compliance and the delivery of the Trust's wider Health & Safety strategy.

You will also have an understanding of the Health & Safety controls required when overseeing works delivered by external contractors as well as an understanding of safe systems of work relating to asbestos. A full driving licence and access to a car is also required.

Our values are at the core of everything we do, so we’re looking for someone whose values align with ours and who will help embed these across the Trust. If you would like to play a part in driving our business forward, we’d love to hear from you.
