We’re a housing provider in Macclesfield with over 5000 properties across East Cheshire and the surrounding areas. We’re ambitious with plans to build more homes, regenerate local areas and invest in our properties.
Responsibilities
In this role you will oversee inspection programmes, contractor performance and remedial actions, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely interventions to protect residents, staff, contractors and members of the public. The role involves the oversight of associated budgets, ensuring value for money and cost efficiency across compliance activity.
Qualifications
To succeed you’ll have experience of working in a compliance role within social housing or a similar setting. You will also need proven experience of managing contractors, developing successful relationships, achieving challenging targets and objectives as well as the ability to interpret reports and implement corrective actions.
