A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Neighbourhood Officer to join our Neighbourhoods Team. You will contribute to sustainable communities through managing a wide range of tenancy management issues and the efficient letting of empty properties, helping to improve lives.
The role holder will apply effective case management to support and signpost customers, to ensure they can sustain their tenancy. In addition, they will manage the customers' tenancy in accordance with tenancy terms, to reduce tenancy breaches and where necessary, provide tenancy warnings.
To succeed, you'll have a working knowledge of housing law with experience of working with challenging and vulnerable customers in a face-to-face customer-focused environment. You will also have experience of facilitating multi-agency meetings with partners and will be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
