Salary: £53,000 per annum

We are a housing provider in Macclesfield with over 5000 properties across East Cheshire and the surrounding areas. We are ambitious with plans to build more homes, regenerate local areas and invest in our properties.

We are looking for a Senior Contract Manager to join our team. You will lead on the contract administration of complex investment involving multiple component replacements. This role is responsible for ensuring that contracts meet legal, regulatory and quality standards while delivering value for money and high levels of tenant satisfaction. You will also be responsible for leading a team of Contract Managers and Customer Liaison Officers on a day-to-day basis to ensure the effective management, delivery, compliance and performance of social housing asset investment programmes such as kitchens, bathrooms, windows and roofing.

To succeed you’ll have proven experience of managing contractors and consultants, gained within a construction, maintenance or social housing environment. You will also have proven experience in leading, developing and motivating a team. A relevant professional qualification (e.g CIH Level 4+, RICS or equivalent) or substantial experience in a construction based discipline is essential.
