We are a housing provider in Macclesfield with over 5000 properties across East Cheshire and the surrounding areas. We are ambitious with plans to build more homes, regenerate local areas and invest in our properties. We now have a vacancy for an Asset Data Analyst to join our Asset and Development team.

You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality housing asset information to support safe, compliant and value-for-money investment decisions. The role manages and improves asset datasets (e.g., stock condition, component lifecycles, compliance and energy data), produces insight and reporting for operational teams and leadership, and supports robust data governance across asset management systems.
