The predicted salary is between 29700 - 36300 Β£ per year.

You will deliver a high-quality, customer-focused repairs service, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Working to agreed performance targets, you will aim to achieve first-time fixes by ensuring the correct materials and resources are available, while complying with all relevant statutory and Health & Safety requirements.

  • A relevant Building Trades qualification (City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3).
  • Multi-skilled experience across a range of building trades.
  • Experience working within statutory and Health & Safety regulations in the construction industry.
  • A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and quality workmanship.

A minimum of 29 days holiday per year inclusive of Christmas shut down, (plus birthday leave and bank holidays).
