A multi award winning fine dining restaurant and boutique hotel in North Yorkshire is seeking a Sous Chef. The position offers a salary of £38,000 depending on experience, plus excellent tips. Candidates must have solid 2 or 3 rosette experience to be considered and ideally should drive due to the location.
This busy, prestigious restaurant has very high standards and is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join a successful brigade of 6, producing covers for up to 40 in the fine dining restaurant and offering banqueting for up to 80 covers.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, showing flair and imagination. The establishment prides itself on using only the finest ingredients and produces a daily menu that utilises the best produce available depending on seasonality.
