This position will suit an experienced Sous chef who is passionate about food and shows flair and imagination.
The establishment uses all local/seasonal produce and is very proud of this fact. They produce a menu which utilities the best produce available depending on availability and seasonality.
Sous Chef – Experience
We are looking for a Sous chef with a passion for food already used to delivering high-level experience.
You will ideally have worked in a similar Gastro Pub environment and be used to working with local produce.
