This is a busy venue offering quality locally sourced high standard food, serving up to 150+ covers daily while also being a very popular wedding and events venue.
As Pub and Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the GM (who is very events focused) and be responsible for the day-to-day management of the pub restaurant. You will also assist with running weddings and events as needed, manage the team, and oversee daily operations.
