Experienced Sous Chef required in the Retford area with a salary of £35,000 plus service charge. This position offers a 4-day working week with 45 hours per week in a Rosette kitchen aiming for 2 Rosettes.
Live-in accommodation is available in a shared house. The hotel is award-winning, featuring a fine dining restaurant and bistro, and is commutable from Worksop, Sheffield, Doncaster, and Lincoln.
Our client is a popular hotel with an excellent reputation located in a small town in Nottinghamshire. They are looking for an enthusiastic Sous Chef to join their brigade of 5. This busy hotel prides itself on producing all dishes in-house using the freshest local produce.
The successful candidate will be a well-rounded chef capable of running sections within the kitchen and must demonstrate a great attitude towards their work. The hotel caters for 40 to 80 covers a day in the restaurant and bistro without compromising on quality.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the industry, experience with fresh food (ideally locally sourced), and a background in a busy kitchen environment.
Excellent salary of £35,000 plus Tronc around £100 a month. This is a chance to work in a fresh food quality establishment and to grow within a very successful company that has a family feel.
