Are you a talented and ambitious Chef de Partie with 2 or 3 rosette experience? This multi-rosette fine dining rural country hotel in the Settle/Clapham area of North Yorkshire is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join their successful brigade of 6.

The position offers:

  • Salary: £32,000 to £35,000 DOE plus tips
  • 4-day working week (44 hours a week)
  • Live-in accommodation available

Requirements:

  • Solid multi-rosette experience and a stable CV
  • Must drive or have own transport due to location
  • Experience working at Multi Rosette establishments is essential
  • Right attitude to work and passion for food
  • Dedicated to producing the best
  • Good man management and kitchen management skills
