Are you a talented Senior Sous Chef looking to use your skills and help push this hotel's food quality up to rosette/award-winning level? My clients are currently searching for a chef with a good fresh food/rosette background who can work with this small team and help achieve a minimum of one rosette while working with local, fresh produce. All candidates must have the highest standards and experience ideally at rosette level.
