Bar manager needed for Stylish Fine Dining Pub

£33,000 plus tips

Must have very strong cocktail experience and knowledge

Need own transport due to location

As Bar manager you will run the day to day bar operations of the Bar side of the business ,working with the Assistant and General Manager who are more restaurant focussed
You will be heavily involved in creating new cocktails and boosting current ones sales up and offering high quality cocktails and other high quality drinks.

The Bar manager
must have excellent cocktail knowledge used to producing excellent cocktails and training others . A great knowledge in wines, spirits and real ale is also essential

The successful Bar manager will have Bar supervisor/manager experience in a quality Cocktail /Wine Bar /high end Pub where you are used to serving a high standard of drinks.
You will have experience of supervising staff and managing shifts /ordering etc .

The ideal candidate must have a stable Cv

This Bar manager role is a full time, permanent role.
