This fast-paced fresh food bar & bistro in Pontefract is looking to recruit a chef de Partie/Jnr Sous chef to assist in the running of this busy kitchen, working closely with the head chef to further push standards and gain accolades

The Candidate must have a solid Fresh Food background ideally gastro pub or brasserie/bistro & also be used to high volume

This Chef position will suit an experienced Chef de Partie or Jnr Sous chef seeking a new challenge. You must be passionate about food and show flair and imagination.

Must be able to run a busy section
Must be hands on
