Stunning award-winning Restaurant with Rooms in North Yorkshire is looking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie to join a strong brigade headed up by an award-winning Head Chef. Locally sourced food cooked and presented to a high level.
You will play a major part in creating a tantalising menu using seasonal local produce, sourcing of produce and training the brigade to deliver a consistent high level of service.
We are looking for Chef de Parties with a passion for food already used to delivering a high standard of food. You will ideally have worked in a similar Restaurant/Gastro Pub environment and be used to working with local produce. Ideally worked at 1 or 2 rosette level ambition to grow your career; this is a family feel business which can offer a great package and benefits.
