Artisan Sourdough Baker Bakewell Derbyshire Peak District £15 per hour Working hours Monday Friday 6am until 3pm or 10am 7pm on a rota basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an artisan Baker to join this family run bakery based in Bakewell. This Artisan Sourdough Baker will work closely within the existing team. The range of products varies from artisan breads to oatcakes. As a baker with experience in an artisan bakery, youll already understand the process of feeding a starter, bulking this up and then mixing and shaping loaves. You will be able to scale recipes up using bakers percentages and understand judging proof of sourdough and yeasted products. It is important that you have an eye for detail and are prepared to take responsibility for producing consistent Sourdoughs to a high standard. Duties: Production of Sourdough
