Multi rosette Restaurant / Gastro Pub with rooms.

Salary: Up to 35,000 + IRO 6,000 Tronc.

Location: Town location. No accommodation available, so must have own transport to commute.

Experience: Fine dining / Gastro Pub experience and a stable background are essential.

Working hours: 45 hours a week - Can offer a 4 or 5 day working week to suit.

Also seeking a full-time waiting staff role - IRO 12.50-13 p/h.
