The predicted salary is between 36000 - 54000 £ per year.
We’re a housing provider in Macclesfield with over 5,000 properties across East Cheshire and the surrounding areas. We’re ambitious with plans to build more homes, regenerate local areas and invest in our properties. We provide housing to those in housing need and aim to be a great landlord for our customers.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Team Leader to join our team. The key responsibilities of the role will be to ensure that the business is compliant with all areas identified on our Compliance Performance Framework, including (but not limited to); Fire, Gas, Electrical, Asbestos, Lifting Equipment, Legionella and to develop and maintain reporting functions to track and evidence compliance performance.

To succeed you will need experience of managing projects from pre planning to post activity and a keen eye for detail. It would also be beneficial for the successful candidate to have any of the following qualifications; Degree Level Qualification, IOSH Managing or Leading Safely, NEBOSH, a qualification in one of the 6 key compliance areas or a professional or management qualification.
