Our Accelerator is a 12-month development program that helps senior professionals grow their book of business, sharpen leadership skills, and build trust with clients in a rapidly changing world. We're a bold, modern learning company combining expert-led courses, coaching, and a modular platform. Now we're looking for a freelance B2B sales closer to help us scale our footprint across law and consulting firms.
YOUR MISSION (Should You Choose to Accept It)
Sell peakleap's Accelerator program to law and consulting firms across Europe and North America. You'll open doors, have smart conversations with HR leaders, L&D professionals, and firm partners—and close deals that drive measurable business impact. You'll work closely with our Director of Learning & Development and have access to strong sales assets, content materials, and a trusted brand-in-the-making.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Identify and approach potential B2B clients (especially L&D heads, HR, and partners)
- Pitch the Accelerator as a strategic, high-impact upskilling solution
- Leverage existing webinars, case studies, and whitepapers to spark interest
- Maintain your outreach and activity pipeline in monday.com
- Collaborate with the team on campaign strategies and sales playbooks
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- 2–3 client firms onboarded with our Customer Success Director within the first 4 months
- Pipeline of 10–15 high-quality conversations per quarter
- Consistent client insights and feedback shared internally
- Opportunities for upsell and cross-sell identified and nurtured
COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
- Monthly base retainer: €2,000 – €4,500 (approx. $2,180 – $4,900 USD) depending on experience and availability
- Commission: 15% per B2B Accelerator sale
- 20% commission on every participant beyond the first 60/year
- Performance Bonuses: For filling minimum cohort targets (30 participants per quarter)
- Additional bonuses for 120+ annual seats sold
- Path to Growth: Opportunity to scale into B2B Growth Lead or Head of Sales
Compensation is paid in EUR. USD equivalents are for reference. Accelerator price point: approx. €10,000 per participant.
WHO YOU ARE
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in L&D, SaaS, or consulting services
- Experience selling into law firms, consultancies, or other professional service firms
- Proven closer with a history of generating and converting leads
- Proactive, self-organizing, and excited to help build a sales engine from scratch
- Looking for impact—not just another sales gig
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
