Are you a compassionate and committed individual with a passion for supporting children with additional needs? We are looking for a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with high needs and an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) at Peakirk-cum-Glinton Primary Academy.

Responsibilities:
- Providing 1:1 support for a pupil with complex needs, in line with their EHCP
- Supporting learning, communication, and social development
- Working closely with the class teacher, SENDCo, and external professionals
- Contributing to a nurturing and structured learning environment
- Communicating with families
Working Pattern: Full-time (32.5 hours per week, 08:30 am to 3:30) or Job Share considered. Applicants wishing to apply for a job share should clearly state their preferred working days in their application.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience supporting children with SEND, particularly those with high needs and autism
- Is patient, empathetic, and adaptable
- Can work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Is committed to promoting inclusion and celebrating every child’s strengths
- Has good literacy, numeracy, and communication skills
- Has experience of early years and the early years curriculum
We are seeking dedicated and adaptable individuals who are committed to supporting children's development across a range of ages, from our Pre-School, through to Year 6. Staff are expected to demonstrate flexibility and may be required to work across both the Pre-School and School settings as needed, ensuring consistency and continuity in our high standard of care and education.
