PeakData partners with leading pharmaceutical organisations to deliver advanced, data‐driven HCP intelligence that informs strategy, engagement and commercial decision‐making. We are looking for a confident, self‐starting Account Manager to join our growing Global Client Services team. You will be at the forefront of innovation in HCP intelligence, working with bespoke data platforms that transform the way clients understand their universe of healthcare professionals. This is not a typical account management role: you will combine data insight, strategic thinking, and client leadership in a truly unique way. Your work will help clients make informed decisions that improve patient outcomes and optimise their commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary and independent client contact for the full 12-month licence period
  • Run kick‐off meetings, align on scope, objectives and success metrics
  • Translate client briefs into clear internal direction for the delivery team
  • Oversee the development of bespoke HCP intelligence platforms
  • Ensure accurate analysis of HCPs using publicly available evidence linked at individual level
  • Guide prioritisation, segmentation and scoring frameworks (clinical, scientific, digital) aligned with client strategy
  • Support delivery of the platform and lead onboarding discussions thereafter
  • Drive ongoing engagement post‐delivery to ensure clients extract maximum value from the platform
  • Identify additional needs, optimisation opportunities and organic growth within accounts
  • Contribute to account planning, forecasting and KPI tracking
  • Proactively identify risks or gaps and propose solutions
  • Support or lead RFIs/RFPs and contribute to pitch activity where required
  • Attend client meetings in the UK and Europe as needed

Who You Are

We are looking for someone confident, commercially astute and naturally proactive. You will thrive in a collaborative, team‐oriented culture, but also be comfortable taking ownership of accounts and driving momentum independently.

Essential skills and experience

  • Bachelor's degree (2:1 or above) with a strong academic record
  • 2–5 years' experience working with pharmaceutical clients
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships independently
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions‐focused mindset
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
  • Comfortable working autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team
  • People‐orientated approach with confidence to act as a trusted adviser

Why Join PeakData?

  • Take real ownership of global pharmaceutical accounts
  • Work with advanced HCP intelligence and data‐driven platforms
  • Join a supportive and ambitious team where collaboration, innovation and knowledge‐sharing are encouraged
  • Hybrid working model (London office attendance twice per week)
  • Opportunities for professional growth and increased responsibility

If you are a self-starter who enjoys accountability, building strong partnerships and delivering meaningful client impact, we would love to hear from you.
