At Peak21, we specialize in acquiring large direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands across the United States, Europe, and Asia, in addition to incubating our own. With a portfolio of D2C brands generating $200 million in sales, all bootstrapped and profitable, we are dedicated to fostering growth and innovation in the D2C sector. We are seeking a Marketing & E-Commerce Manager to join one of our portfolio brands. This brand in our portfolio is a beloved and well‑known baby goods company with strong brand recognition across the US & Europe. This role will support the day‑to‑day execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and website merchandising initiatives. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and cross‑functional teams to ensure marketing assets, campaigns, and merchandising updates are executed smoothly across digital channels. The position is full‑time in London.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate the design, creation of static and short‑form video ads for social media and paid marketing channels, and develop variations of high‑performing creative concepts.
  • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events across digital channels including website, email, SMS, and social media.
  • Manage website merchandising updates for launches, campaigns, and promotions, helping maintain product pages, collections, and marketing placements.
  • Help coordinate and organize marketing assets and creative production including photography, video, and campaign materials.
  • Support influencer collaborations and affiliate initiatives, including outreach, partnerships, and ambassador programs.
  • Assist with community engagement initiatives and help monitor competitor marketing and merchandising activity.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or e‑commerce, or a highly motivated graduate or early‑career candidate who is eager to learn.
  • Passionate about social media, digital marketing, and brand storytelling
  • You understand what kind of marketing resonates with our core customer: millennial and Gen Z parents
  • You have a strong eye for visual aesthetics and brand presentation
  • You enjoy creating content and experimenting with creative ideas
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Tech‑literate and comfortable learning new tools and platforms quickly
  • You take initiative and are proactive in solving problems
  • You thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
