With the Peak15 Community Team, we support adults with learning disabilities who live independently in their own homes and are looking for Community Support Workers who are creative, passionate and full of positive energy to join our dynamic team.

What you’ll be doing:
- Empowering people to live the lives they choose, helping with things like building independence and daily living skills.
- Supporting people to access the community.
- Helping with appointments, activities and personal goals.
- Being a trusted, compassionate presence.
- Encouraging confidence, choice and self-expression.
- Supporting people to explore employment, volunteering and training opportunities that match their interests.
- Enabling people to take positive, well-planned risks that help them grow, learn and build independence.
You won’t be doing tasks for people; you’ll be supporting them to do things their way.
