JOB SUMMARY & SCOPE
Provide proactive, analytical, and commercially focused support to the Print and Media Sales Director and wider team, enabling effective execution of the Print and Media strategy. This role sits at the centre of commercial operations, acting as a key enabler of growth by coordinating deal flow, supporting pricing and supplier engagement, and providing insight that drives better decision making. Working across sales, pricing, suppliers, and operations, the role contributes directly to revenue growth, efficiency, and the overall success of the Print and Media business.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Support the Sales Director and team in the coordination, preparation, and execution of opportunities and deals.
  • Act as a central point for managing Print and Media sales cycles, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely progression of opportunities.
  • Gather, analyse, and validate data relating to pricing, supplier costs, and deal margins in collaboration with pricing and procurement teams.
  • Be a main point of contact for the Revenue Operations Team and Internal Sales Team in relation to media specific queries on deals.
  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations, lead times, and product information to support opportunity development.
  • Prepare and structure deal documentation, proposals, and internal submissions to support sales activity.
  • Support the identification of margin improvement opportunities by reviewing deal structures and supplier options.
  • Maintain high-quality data within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring pipeline visibility and reporting accuracy.
  • Assist in the development of account plans, opportunity strategies, and customer-specific insights.
  • Act as a key link between sales, revenue operations, operations, and suppliers to ensure alignment and efficiency for Print and Media deals.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, data quality, and commercial effectiveness.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Print and Media function.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling commercially sensitive information.
  • Perform other duties as required.

EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE + KEY TRAITS

  • GCSEs or A‑Levels (or equivalent) required; degree in business, finance, or a related field desirable but not essential.
  • Experience in print and media and knowledge of relevant supplies is essential.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with data, systems, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite).
  • Strong commercial awareness and interest in pricing, margins, and deal structuring.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Primary language used in daily operations is English. Additional primary company languages include Spanish, French, and Dutch. Read and interpret documents and various correspondence from both internal and external. Speak effectively, both individually and before groups of both external customers and/or various levels of employees within the organization.

SUPERVISION
Role does not require supervision of direct or indirect reports. Works under the supervision of the Print and Media Sales Director and collaborates across multiple teams.
