Join Us and Shape the Future of Print & Media: We’re looking for a commercially minded, detail‑driven Commercial Analyst to join our growing Print & Media team. This is a high‑impact role at the heart of our commercial operations, working closely with Sales, Pricing, Suppliers, and Operations to drive revenue growth and smarter decision‑making. If you love working with data, solving problems, and influencing outcomes, this is your opportunity to play a key role in shaping deals, improving margins, and enabling strategic success. Ideally, this role will be based locally with the ability to work in our Chippenham office at least 3 days per week, but we are open to candidates across the country and for the right person remote work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Drive deal success by coordinating and supporting the end‑to‑end sales cycle.
  • Act as the central hub for Print & Media opportunities, ensuring deals progress smoothly and accurately.
  • Analyse pricing, supplier costs, and margins to support commercial decision‑making.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Internal Sales teams on deal queries.
  • Engage with suppliers to obtain quotes, lead times, and product insights.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, deal documentation, and internal submissions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve margins and optimise deal structures.
  • Maintain high‑quality, accurate data in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Contribute to account planning and customer insights.
  • Act as a key connector between Sales, Operations, Finance, and Suppliers.
  • Drive process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You:

  • Experienced in Print & Media.
  • Commercially aware with a strong interest in pricing, margins, and deal structuring.
  • Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with data, systems, and multiple stakeholders.
  • An excellent communicator who thrives in cross‑functional environments.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Skills & Experience:

  • GCSEs/A‑Levels (or equivalent); a degree in business, finance, or similar is a bonus.

  • Experience handling commercially sensitive information with professionalism.
