Overview

Role: Client Experience Manager

Location: Chippenham, UK. Hybrid role (circa 3 days per week on site, inclusive of customer visit days).

Contract Type: Permanent - start ASAP

Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted partner to key clients, proactively understanding their needs and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
  • Act as the main point of contact for high-level escalations, owning issues through to resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service and innovative solutions.
  • Lead client business reviews (in person and online), using data and insights to drive improvements.
  • Support client onboarding, define project scopes, and recommend best-practice solutions.
  • Gather client feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Spot cross-selling opportunities and work closely with Sales to unlock growth.
  • Represent the organization with professionalism, acting as a true brand ambassador.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in client engagement, customer service, or a related B2B role.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a proven ability to drive client satisfaction and retention.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach.
  • Solid understanding of client needs, market dynamics, and service excellence.

Languages

  • Fluent in English (daily working language). Additional languages such as Spanish, French, or Dutch are an advantage.
  • Confident communicating with clients and internal teams at all levels.
