Our client is looking for an experienced process Improvement Manager to join a fast-paced linefeed manufacturing operation on an interim basis.

This is an autonomous role where you’ll

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and cost performance.
  • Analyse manufacturing logistics processes and production workflows.
  • Make practical, data-driven recommendations to enhance performance.
  • Work closely with operational teams to drive continuous improvement.

We’re looking for someone who is immediately available, with a proven track record of delivering measurable improvements within a manufacturing logistics environment.

Previous experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, Lean manufacturing, or process optimisation is essential.
