This is a chance to join a growing, delivery‑focused consultancy working at the heart of complex business and operational transformation. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll help organisations identify what really needs to change – and then make it happen. You’ll work directly with clients, influence decisions, and play a hands‑on role in improving performance across strategy, operations and digital transformation. This is not a back‑office analysis role – it’s for someone who enjoys solving real problems, working with senior stakeholders and seeing ideas translated into action. If you’re looking to accelerate your consulting career, broaden your exposure, and work on high‑impact programmes, this role gives you exactly that.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • You’ll combine deep business analysis with commercial insight to support transformation programmes from concept through to delivery.
  • Working closely with managers and clients, you’ll provide independent perspective, structured analysis and practical recommendations that drive measurable improvement.
  • Projects span strategy development, operational improvement, change delivery and digital enablement – offering real variety and stretch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted adviser to clients on business change and transformation.
  • Gather, analyse and interpret complex business, market and operational data.
  • Lead requirements elicitation, documentation and stakeholder workshops.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Map and improve end‑to‑end business processes.
  • Support delivery across the full project lifecycle – from planning to implementation.
  • Produce clear, compelling analysis, reports and client presentations.
  • Contribute to proposals, thought leadership and business development activity.
  • Coach and mentor junior consultants within the team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working as a Supply Chain Analyst within consulting or complex delivery environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability.
  • Confident communicator, able to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Commercial awareness and a positive, solutions‑focused mindset.
  • Experience developing business requirements, process maps and documentation.
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Willingness to obtain security clearance if required.
  • Business Analysis certification (e.g. BCS Foundation / Practitioner).
  • Experience in supply chain, operations or transformation programmes.
  • Exposure to tools such as Power BI or Visio.
  • Confidence working with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.

Why Join?

  • Work on high‑impact transformation programmes, not just analysis.
  • Gain exposure across strategy, operations, digital and change.
  • Be trusted with responsibility and client‑facing delivery.
  • Develop quickly in a consultancy that values outcomes over hierarchy.
  • Be part of a collaborative, ambitious and people‑focused culture.
