Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our Chesterfield team. You will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and testing temperature sensors to high technical standards. This is an excellent opportunity to build your technical expertise and work in a supportive, hands‑on environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Wire Cutting and Preparation: Accurately cut, strip, and prepare wire materials for sensor assemblies.
  • Cap Welding and Brazing: Perform cap welding and brazing operations on sensor components to ensure secure and durable connections.
  • Assembly: Assemble RTDs, thermocouples, and other temperature sensors in accordance with precise specifications.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks at each stage of production to ensure all products meet required technical specifications and quality standards.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain production machinery and tools used in the sensor manufacturing process, ensuring they are functioning optimally.
  • Process Improvement: Work closely with the production team to identify and implement improvements in efficiency, quality, and safety within the production environment.
