Job Description
We are working with a new high-end beverage brand who are looking to hire a new Sales Director in the UK. As the pioneer employee in the UK, you'll be the face of the brand, driving sales, and shaping the business strategy elevating this high-end brand presence.
The role will be a hands-on role blending brand advocacy, sales expertise, and strategic leadership and requires a seasoned commercial leader with extensive On Trade industry network with connections to Hotel Managers, F&B Directors, and Purchasing Managers in the 5-star hotel and Michelin-starred restaurant sectors. The role requires somebody with industry experience to accelerate growth, and who understands how to sell a high end brand.
Key Responsibilities:
– Spearhead commercial strategy for revenue and profitability goals
– Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams
– Engage audiences effectively with PR and press coverage
– Future growth potential to lead UK operations
Based in London, this role reports directly to the European General Manager.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or Management.
- Experience in a commercial leadership role, ideally with team management experience, from within the On Trade, HORECA, Michelin* Restaurant and gastronomy sectors.
- Able to promote and sell a high-end brand, ideally beverage to the gastronomy sector.
- Lives in London, and able to travel.
