Our client is a major global player in the food manufacturing industry, operating across multiple international markets. They are now seeking a Complaints Coordinator to play a pivotal role in upholding exceptional standards of product quality and customer satisfaction. Sitting within the quality function, this position calls for a detail‑driven, customer‑focused professional with a strong grasp of food manufacturing processes.
It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on communication, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional teamwork, while also managing the administrative and data‑focused elements of quality performance. Reporting to the Quality Manager, and working full time on site, Monday to Friday.
Qualifications:- Experience of working in a quality, customer complaints/customer facing role within the food manufacturing industry.
- Experience of using problem solving tools.
- Good knowledge of the product quality standards would be highly advantageous.
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to meet deadlines, working either independently or as part of a team.
- Document management in ensuring appropriate records are maintained in compliance with legal requirements.
- Qualified to degree level within a food, science, or engineering discipline.
- Strong communicator, able to work cross-functionally and independently.
- Candidates must hold valid UK work authorisation at the time of application. The company does not provide visa sponsorship for this role, and cannot consider applicants who may require sponsorship in the future.
