We are seeking a proactive and technically strong Internal Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth by providing expert product knowledge, supporting customer needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Key responsibilities:- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our PE pipe products and applications.
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of sales and marketing materials.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to inform product development and improvements.
