A leading aviation organisation in the Middle East is seeking a Senior Manager Legal Counsel Technical to provide specialist legal expertise on aircraft, engine, and component contracts. This position will be based in the Middle East.

- Aircraft & engine-related agreements (GTAs, PBH, STCs)
- Leasing, sale, and purchase contracts (OEMs, wet leasing, chartering)
- MRO service agreements & airframe modifications

- Qualified lawyer in a common law jurisdiction (UK, US, Australia, etc.)
- 10+ years PQE in aviation-related legal matters
