We are a leading supplier of aircraft spare parts and engines to commercial airlines worldwide, committed to providing exceptional service and innovative solutions to our esteemed clientele. As we soar to new heights, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Aviation Sales Director to join our dynamic team and oversee the sales operations of one of our supported platforms.

As an Aviation Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our sales operations, contributing to the growth and success of our established company in the aviation industry.

  • Identify and cultivate potential pooling agreements, repair management agreements, sales and exchanges.
  • Identify and help facilitate opportunities for the acquisition of aircraft, engines and inventory from airline customers.
  • Follow up on ongoing projects and proposals and work to ensure their successful closure.
  • Collaborate with Product Line Directors to ensure that those parts that are in greatest demand by customers in the region and most likely to generate sales are in stock in serviceable condition.
  • Ensure that the customers most likely to purchase those parts are aware of this and contact preferred supplier whenever a requirement exists.
  • Travel to customers and prospects is essential to the success of this role.

Demonstrated expertise in developing and nurturing relationships, establishing partnerships, and building strategic alliances with customers. Excellent communication and motivational skills to inspire and lead a high-performance sales team. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a keen focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
