Based in London with a global aircraft leasing company, this is an important role which oversees the administration of a portfolio of managed aircraft while supporting the commercial and technical operations teams.

Responsibilities
- Monitoring and updating the operational and contractual status of managed aircraft on the lease management platform
- Updating transaction bibles
- Monitoring operational, technical and insurance lease covenants
- Liaison with the technical and legal teams regarding relevant technical and contractual aspects of the portfolio
- Management of maintenance reserves, including invoicing, monitoring of payments, guarantees, rate adjustments, EOL forecasting and reporting to stakeholders
- Management of rental invoicing
- On-boarding and off-boarding of portfolio assets
- Production of regular periodic reports
- Management and development of the lease management platform
- Liaison with third party owners of portfolio assets
- Day-to-day liaison with airline operators
- Management of one direct report
- Participation in due diligence reviews of target asset lease terms and conditions and maintenance forecasting
- Participation in fleet planning and aircraft advisory consultancy projects
Required experience
- 4 years’ relevant contract or portfolio management experience with an aircraft lessor, MRO or airline
- Experience with aircraft lease management software e.g. CMS, Sysco, Leasepoint etc.
- Strong IT skills including use of Microsoft Power BI
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
