This is a remote, contract-based role for an Executive Health Coach. The key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personalized coaching to high-performing clients.
  • Designing and implementing customized health, fitness, and wellness plans.
  • Tracking client progress in areas such as nutrition, exercise, sleep optimization, and stress management.
  • Offering evidence-based wellness advice.
  • Conducting regular coaching sessions.
  • Ensuring clients meet their health and performance goals.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Nutrition and Weight Management principles to help clients meet health and wellness targets.
  • Proficiency in Wellness Coaching and Health & Wellness strategies to guide clients toward long-term, sustainable performance.
  • Experience in Coaching techniques to motivate high-performing individuals and deliver impactful results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and inspire clients.
  • Knowledge or certifications in related areas (e.g., sports science, or health coaching) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.
  • Experience working with executives or individuals in high-demand roles is highly desirable.
