This is a remote, contract-based role for an Executive Health Coach. The key responsibilities include:
- Providing personalized coaching to high-performing clients
- Designing and implementing customized health, fitness, and wellness plans
- Tracking client progress in areas such as nutrition, exercise, sleep optimization, and stress management
- Offering evidence-based wellness advice
- Conducting regular coaching sessions
- Ensuring clients meet their health and performance goals
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Nutrition and Weight Management principles to help clients meet health and wellness targets
- Proficiency in Wellness Coaching and Health & Wellness strategies to guide clients toward long-term, sustainable performance
- Experience in Coaching techniques to motivate high-performing individuals and deliver impactful results
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and inspire clients
