A specialist SEN provision in the West Drayton/Harmondsworth area is seeking a committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their growing team. The setting supports pupils with Autism, severe learning difficulties and complex communication needs, offering a calm, therapeutic and highly personalised learning environment.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Leading small-group and 1:1 learning sessions
- Delivering planned lessons and activities under teacher direction
- Supporting pupils with ASC and complex needs using structured SEN strategies
- Using tools such as visual timetables, sensory integration and augmentative communication
- Helping pupils regulate, communicate and engage in learning
- Working closely with teachers and therapists to meet EHCP targets
- Contributing to planning, assessment and classroom organisation
