A group of established short‑break and holiday‑support services across Lewisham are seeking Support Workers who can bring patience, reliability and compassion to their teams. These settings offer structured activities, respite support and safe, nurturing environments throughout weekends, school holidays and flexible daily sessions. What the Role Involves You’ll be part of a responsive team providing personalised support to children, young people and young adults with varying needs. If you’re someone who stays calm, adapts quickly and communicates clearly, this role could suit you well.
