The role:
As Restaurant Manager, you will lead the day-to-day running of the restaurant and be responsible for delivering the warm, professional hospitality the Red Lion is known for.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating the front of house team to deliver exceptional service
- Being a visible and welcoming presence on the restaurant floor
- Ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and memorable dining experience
- Working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver seamless service
- Managing team training, development and performance
- Overseeing service standards across breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner
- Supporting recruitment, team organisation and daily operations
- Maintaining the relaxed yet refined atmosphere that defines the Red Lion
Hours & flexibility:
Hospitality is all about looking after our guests when they want to dine with us, so flexibility is important. This is a full-time role, and the position will include evening and weekend shifts as part of a rota.
