The Role
Are you an experienced countryside professional with a passion for leading people and making an impact in green spaces? Were looking for a Senior Ranger Team Leader to oversee our dedicated ranger teams in one of the UKs most cherished landscapes. This is a rare opportunity to lead a diverse portfolio of work across access, public engagement, and nature conservation, while helping shape the future of the UKs original Ranger Service.
The post will ensure that our activities and partnership roles support the delivery of the National Park Management Plan, Authority Volunteer Plan, and Diverse Audience Plan. The post will continue to develop our joint partnerships with United Utilities and Severn Trent Water.
This role will report to the Ranger Team Manager. The post will be based at Aldern House with regular travel around the Park.
