There is an opportunity to join the Business Centre Team. The post includes business support work for operational teams across the Authority, using business systems and ensuring that data is up to date and held in accordance with relevant legislation. The postholder will also provide a first point of contact for customers across various channels, such as telephone, email and face-to-face, and will process customer payments and support the Democratic Services process. This is a fixed-term contract that has an end date of 24th May 2027.
