We are looking for a Finance Apprentice to help support the day-to-day financial operations of the organisation while studying towards a finance apprenticeship qualification. In this role, you will gain experience across a range of finance functions including purchase ledger, sales ledger, expenses processing, finance systems administration, and general financial administration.
Key Duties
- Processing expense claims, journals, and internal recharges.
- Supporting finance system administration and handling finance queries.
- Managing finance inbox queries and distributing emails appropriately.
- Processing EPOS till receipts and maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting with other finance administration tasks as required.
You will also be expected to attend training, complete assignments, and maintain progress within the level 3 Assistant Accountant Apprenticeship programme.
About You
- 5 GCSEs at grades A–C (including English and Maths) or equivalent experience.
- Qualified to meet the requirements for a level 3 finance apprenticeship.
- Strong interest in developing a career in Finance.

- Previous administration or customer service experience and awareness of public sector finance would be advantageous.
